Jo
With over 30 years of experience working within the Architectural and Design sector, Jo is an Operations and Finance Manager who loves bringing order to chaos and helping teams work smoothly.
She focuses on creating clear processes, reliable financial insights, and day-to-day systems that make work feel easier for everyone.
Jo enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and finding practical ways to help organisations grow without losing their sense of balance.
Ruth
With over 20 years’ experience in the design industry, Ruth began her career training straight from school at a local, well-known Architectural Practice, gaining her HNC in Construction.
There, she gained a strong foundation working across a wide range of sectors, including Education, Health Care and Residential Developments. It was during this time that Ruth discovered her passion for the Hospitality Sector.
Pubs had always played an important role in her own social life, and the idea of creating welcoming spaces where people come together to relax, connect and enjoy themselves strongly appealed to her!
Since then, Ruth has specialised in Hospitality Design, working with many major pub operators such as Punch Pubs, Greene King, Stonegate and Shepherd Neame, alongside numerous independent businesses - many of which have gone on to win industry awards!
Alongside Architectural and Interior Design, Ruth has a growing passion for plants and Garden Design, believing that well‑considered outdoor spaces are just as important as the interiors they complement.
She has recently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design, further expanding her skill set and creative offering.
Known for her love of colour and high‑energy creativity, Ruth brings enthusiasm, personality and a thoughtful design approach to every project, creating vibrant and engaging spaces - both inside and out - for all to enjoy!
